Electrical System Designing

A comprehensive electrical installation design was carried out for this modern six-unit apartment complex, covering the complete electrical infrastructure required for the development. The design incorporated a contemporary solar PV system together with an off-grid energy solution supported by a battery energy storage system (BESS). The proposed configuration was developed to maximize renewable energy utilization, reduce reliance on conventional backup generators, and significantly minimize electricity costs. The system was designed based on the anticipated load requirements and operating characteristics of the apartment complex, with appropriate consideration given to energy generation, storage capacity, load management, and system reliability. The project was undertaken as a complete electrical system design solution, covering the integration of the building’s electrical installation, solar PV generation, and battery energy storage infrastructure. The complete design documentation and technical report were successfully finalized and submitted to the client.
