Electrical Testing of 6 Storey Apartment

The client engaged us to conduct a comprehensive inspection and testing of the electrical installation previously carried out by another contractor at the premises. The objective was to independently verify the quality, safety, and integrity of the completed electrical works and identify any deficiencies requiring rectification. A series of electrical installation verification tests were conducted, including insulation resistance testing, continuity testing, earth resistance measurements, and other relevant electrical safety and design verification tests. The results were systematically analysed against the applicable design requirements and accepted electrical installation practices. Based on the findings, areas requiring improvement, rectification, or further attention were clearly identified and communicated to the client. A comprehensive final project report was subsequently prepared and submitted, incorporating the test results, observations, identified deficiencies, and recommendations for corrective action. The assessment provided the client with an independent technical evaluation of the existing electrical installation and a clear basis for completing any required improvements.
